My break or yours. Mine, Im so lucky , I have been able to surf “the point” for the last 20 odd years. Raglan brings mixed emotions to a lot of surfers. Probably one of the most surfed breaks in new Zealand if not the most surfed.
Today crowded mostly with a mixture of short boarders and longboarders of shapes and sizes with a sprinkling of foilers and paddle boarders.
Known as one of the bset left handers in the world. Appearing in the 60s in the iconic Endless Summer so definitely has longboard roots that stretch way back.
Looks great but hard than you think to ride well.
